Responsible for the conceptualization, design, and layout of printed and digital materials for the facility. Provides creative development and implementation for a wide range of materials including signage, web pages, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials. Responsible for creating copy and visuals based on input from stakeholders that fits within the organization's brand standards. Ensure accurate file outputs for printed and digital projects to ensure quality.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a graphic artist
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
