We are looking for a Recruiting Content Senior Manager with a background in creative design, presentation content development, marketing content design and/or online or integrated marketing.
A successful Recruiting Content Senior Manager will collaborate with the National Recruiting Team along with complex and branch management, national recruiters and other headquarter teams to lead recruiting marketing asset creation and management of existing recruitment assets.
The Recruiting Content Senior Manager will work as an internal marketing manager and copywriter, leading the development and maintenance of select recruiting advertisements.
This person will work with a diverse set of internal/external partners which includes Marketing, Wealth Management, field advisory groups, Complex Presidents, Branch Managers and District Managers to identify market opportunities, content gaps and oversee our existing recruiting marketing library.
This person will be a core partner/member of the Equitable Advisors' National Recruiting team and work on retail development initiatives as a team member supporting the business objectives under Equitable Advisors' Chief Sales Officer.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of Equitable Advisors' recruiting collateral (ads, brochures, flyers, messages, presentations)
* Update existing library of Equitable Advisors' recruiting assets
* Partner to identify strategic messaging and recruiting marketing opportunities for Equitable Advisors
* Partner to develop recruitment materials through various channels including print, digital, video, social media, and company websites
* Deliver virtual and in-person presentations on recruiting resources, materials, and programs
* Coach, train and motivate field leaders and complex recruiters in partnership with the National Recruiting team to achieve targets
* Contribute to the development of diversity-related recruitment content and materials
Qualifications
Skills required to ensure your success include:
Communication: Understanding of the importance of insightful listening and communicating and ability to provide information and messages in a way that produces clarity and impact.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
Other Qualifications:
* 2+ years' work experience in Communicaitons, Marketing or Advertising
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Very strong Powerpoint skills a must; experience in Canva or other content design tools a plus
* Ability to package content into engaging summaries and create visually-appealing output
* Strong organization skills required
* Ability to work in a high-volume, high-visibility role
* Able to build strong relationships with clients and business partners
* Demonstrated commitment to principles of diversity, inclusion, and equity
* Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, PR or similar relevant Field
