Overview SDSU Alumni is searching for a creative, solutions-oriented student with experience and interest in marketing and social media to join the team. The Marketing Student Assistant will report directly to the Director of Marketing to support the SDSU Alumni office and its staff in several ways. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities Social Media - 40%
Help execute SDSU Alumni's social media strategy through content and community management
Organize social media content calendar for SDSU Alumni and work with SDSU Alumni Engagement Officers to support Aztec Proud accounts
Marketing, Communications & Promotional Support - 30%
Help contribute and provide support for the communications content calendar
Support the SDSU Alumni office with promotion of special events, campaigns and giveaways to key audiences
Assist in developing copy, images, and emails for SDSU Alumni's promotional campaigns
Graphic Design - 20%
Work with Director of Marketing to create graphics to promote campaigns, special offers, eNewsletter and other key priorities
Edit and crop images for use on website and in email templates
Other Duties as Assigned - 10%
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing

Current enrollment as an undergraduate student at SDSU
