Job Summary: The Director Marketing and Communications is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for our western region, which includes St. Anthony Community Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital and Bon Secours Community Hospital. This position serves as the senior marketing and communications leader for the region, ensuring alignment with WMCHealth's network-wide strategic objectives, brand standards and organizational priorities. The Director will partner closely with Western Region executive leadership, service line leaders and the Network Marketing & Communications team to drive measurable impact on brand visibility, voume growth and awareness and reputation.
