Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing
The Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing helps manage St. John’s Athletics’ digital platforms, social media accounts and electronic communication with a focus on improving fan engagement and customer service. The Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing also serves as a key liaison for the Red Storm’s Name, Image and Likeness program, assists the department’s video board operations, as well as the implementation of new technologies based on analytics and trends, and executes sponsorship activations. Reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Relations. Essential Functions: Manages social media and digital marketing strategy for the St. John’s Athletic Department and its 17 NCAA Division I athletic program
