AssureCare® is seeking a Marketing Vice President to serve on the Senior Executive Team and work closely with our executive team to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to corporate marketing, communications, advertising and brand awareness. The Marketing Vice President is responsible for all functions and team members as they develop marketing support collateral and ensure that all deadlines are met.
The top marketing leader will manage and direct marketing policies, objectives, and programs for all products and services for AssureCare. He/she directs and works with sales and leadership to form business plans and strategies to accomplish corporate objectives. Oversees market research, product planning, and advertising functions for all products and services. Will assist the executive leadership team with the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Assist the EVP of Growth and Performance with defining corporate vision and strategy establishing company direction and focus and the EVP of Sales with message, branding and telling our story. Will execute multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals simultaneously.
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for but not limited to the following:
The VP is accountable for establishing department key performance indicators and ensuring success.
Develop our AssureCare brand message and story to be shared by employees and inspired by the lives we serve.
Develop and manage a measuring system and budget for determining the success of each marketing program.
Oversee the team that develops all marketing channels including, email, online (including social media), print advertising, tradeshows and sponsorships.
Ownership of the optimization of the company website.
Consistently identifies new ideas, approaches and insights to grow within the existing customer solution portfolio/product assortment.
Coordinate all media contact and ensure that the company receives print and digital coverage.
Develop company marketing policies and communicate those policies to the entire organization.
Conducts thorough and actionable data analysis to identify opportunities to reach new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Maintain editorial control on all marketing and public relations collateral that is released on behalf of the company.
Responsible for keeping up with the trends in the market, and ability to build strong partnerships with executive leaders.

At least 15 years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations with +8 in leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in a similar role with a SaaS company or healthcare organization.
Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills required.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of current trends in marketing, digital, and social media for healthcare technology products.
Positive attitude and ability to work closely with entire leadership team to drive change, continuous improvement, and engagement throughout the organization.
Proven abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with passion for continuous improvement, measuring results and problem solving.
Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations collateral.
Ability and willingness to assist in sales presentations and closing deals.
