Position Summary:
The graduate marketing team at Yeshiva University is charged with attracting and delivering quality prospective students to inquire and apply to YU graduate programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we seek an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to play a critical role in enrollment marketing for YU graduate programs. The DMM will execute a digital marketing strategy across all the platforms, analyze and improve results over time, and keep up with the relevant trends in the regional, national or international markets. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting, maintaining, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. The DMM will need to have expert knowledge of ad platform advertising, data management and reporting. This position is hybrid.
Position Responsibilities:
Create new marketing content for campaigns including writing and designing
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better conversion results
Execute paid media (search and social) campaigns
Support the management, optimization and testing of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
A/B test new opportunities for audiences, ads, landing pages, and other assets
Develop website content including text and graphics. Update and maintain web pages with SEO in mind
Use digital analytics tools (quantitative and qualitative) to generate actionable insights
Ensure audience alignment across ads, landing pages, organic pages, and other marketing assets
Report on campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and other teams to align on program goals and objectives
Support new program launches, manage creative development and ensure alignment with enrollment goals and budget
Experience & Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher
A minimum of five years of professional experience
Creative skills including graphic design, web design, writing for web and advertising
Experience with data analytics, visualization and reporting tools including CRMs, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital ad platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Strong analytical and critical thinking skill-set - digging into data to find solutions to complex problems
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated track record of taking initiative, being proactive, and remaining flexible
Evidence of strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to perform exceptionally in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
Attention to details and ability to conduct thorough research
