Among the key duties of the position are the following: Handles administration of database marketing campaigns through the use of AdobeCampaign, Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and other systems in the ticket marketing, sales and service ecosystem. Serves as marketing contact for assigned sports with oversight of planning and promotional efforts, fan experience and game day. Manages all email/text communication to the Rutgers fanbase including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, engagement and tracking return on investment while working with additional external units (R Fund, SAMCO, Scarlet Knights for Life, Communications, etc.). Serves as the primary contact between Athletic Ticket Office and our ticket vendor’s marketing automation team.

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in marketing, ticketing or or database management in intercollegiate athletics, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.
• High level of communication skills, strong organizational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
• Over the course of a year, this position will successfully deliver 10mil+ emails to Rutgers Athletics constituents. It is important that this position has experience deploying email campaigns, has a firm understanding of the system utilized and extremely strong communication skills.
