Job Summary: Audio and video are everywhere, from traditional delivery platforms such as television to the smartphone in your pocket. We are looking for an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire others, and take our audio and video outputs to the new level as the world continues to gravitate towards information they can consume quickly and visually. The ideal candidate must have a passion for audio and video and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with our clients and the public. Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Creative Marketing, this person will conceptualise, create and manage multimedia content and artifacts (video + audio) across multiple channels for the Bank.
Create fresh and dynamic videos and audio materials (including virtual events at the Bank of Singapore Multimedia Studio) that translates the Bank's image, products and services into compelling works for visually sophisticated internal and external audiences.
Working closely with the in-house producer, manage and train the Multimedia team when it comes to the entire audio and video production cycle from scriptwriting, storyboarding, pre-production planning to post-production, setting deadlines, selecting media for dissemination, and obtaining relevant approvals before dissemination.
Anticipate the needs and manage requests from internal stakeholders, oversee audio/video production activities with the in-house producer and deliver high quality outputs with the Multimedia team.
Review and approve audio and video outputs developed by the Multimedia team, ensuring these effectively address objectives and the Bank's brand standards are met.
Ensure optimised usage of the Bank of Singapore Multimedia Studio, implementation of proper studio management measures and ensuring the upkeeping of filming equipment.
Collaborate with various departments e.g. Product Management Group, Strategic Marketing, Communications etc and facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
Prioritise work and resources across requests and initiatives based on short and long term needs and adhere to production schedules.
Keep track of deliverables produced and monitor performance for analytics generation.
A Degree holder in Film & Television, Broadcasting or relevant with a good command of the English language, written and spoken.
A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience (experience in a video production environment is a must).
2-3 years of work experience in virtual events and live streaming productions.
Hands-on and highly capable in the filming and editing of videos and multimedia content with extensive knowledge of audio and video production equipment.
Demonstrated skill in using video editing software platforms, high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite i.e. Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Illustrator and Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
Demonstrated skill in using video production software/system i.e. vMix and TriCaster is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and project manage from conceptualisation to completion, with excellent time management skills.
Strong creative multimedia vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Good organisation, planning and communication skills with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Accountable by nature and capable of working independently and in a team, managing varying needs with a collaborative mindset.
