The senior assistant director for marketing oversees the alignment of messaging across the prospective undergraduate student journey with internal and external stakeholders. Serves as marketing liaison between Academic Services and Enrollment Management units and academic college recruitment staff. Gathers, writes and proofreads copy for undergraduate recruitment communications including print publications, emails, text messages, websites and other channels. Helps manage marketing and communication projects from conception to completion and coordinate with marketing staff and project coordinators to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. This position reports to the associate director for marketing operations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus two years experience in marketing or advertising required. Promotional writing and copywriting skills, communication skills, and organizational skills necessary. Must have experience using Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of progressive marketing and communication experience preferred. Knowledge of student recruitment in higher education. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management. Strong project management skills. Demonstrated relationship-building across complex organization.
