As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the college’s programs related to personal enrichment, and professional and business development. You will develop marketing plans and content; create digital advertising, direct marketing, websites, blogs, and landing pages; and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Demonstrated experience in coordinating creative and strategic marketing direction for projects and events.
Successful experience as a marketing project manager maintaining timelines, budgets and product quality.
Demonstrated knowledge of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices
Ability to create and execute marketing plans in collaboration with leadership and colleagues
Experience coordinating and tracking digital advertising campaigns
Experience managing and utilizing a CRM (for example, Hubspot) for lead generation and engagement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Experience performing the duties of this job may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Four (4) years of marketing related experience required. Strong background in print media marketing techniques to community based programs.
Experience in developing a marketing campaign aimed at a large metropolitan area and/or small communities. Proven experience in project management, graphic design work and needs assessment.
Demonstrated experience in marketing and promoting educational programs (This position supports Community Education, Small Business Development Center, Institute for Health Professionals, Professional Development and Customized Training)
Copywriting experience with a focus on the use of inclusive language for the identified audiences
Help develop creative concepts and themes for ad campaigns and promotional materials
Ability to comfortably express point of view, advocate for their campaigns, and present/report outcomes
Has experience working in a large organization with multiple stakeholders
