The Assistant Marketing Manager, Email and Events will provide support for the Email Marketing Manager and Events Manager. This position is responsible for creating, deploying, tracking, and analyzing campaigns against the overarching communications strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assisting with the execution of the team's email communications
Assist email marketing manager in building ongoing Yield strategy
Analyze and make recommendations for optimizing our list-buy outreach strategy
Following timelines, completing tasks and adhering to the communications calendar
Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc email reports
Staying on top of deliverables, especially as priorities shift
Collaborating with our Marketing Ops, Enrollment Counseling, and College Success teams as needed
Assisting with the execution of the team's comprehensive event strategy
Assisting with the development of event content
Facilitating event hosts (University staff and faculty) and student panelists, and providing support when needed before, during, and after events
Collaborating with internal creative and operations teams to ensure events and emails are ready for launch
Conducting post-event reporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-4 years of email marketing experience, and 1-2 years in event management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across various initiatives, vendors, and channels
Experience working with tools, systems, and technology to execute and analyze campaign and event performance
Bachelor's degree required
