The role of the Marketing Director is all about taking Carrier Johnson to a higher level – in terms of revenue, exposure, design opportunities and increased market share. In addition to day-to-day direction and management of the Marketing Team, the Director identifies new opportunities from within the firm’s Target Markets *, establishes a Collateral Outreach strategy, using target market brochures, monthly e-blasts, and promotional handouts. The Marketing Director cultivates relationships with Carrier Johnson’s architects and interior designers, working in collaboration with the Marketing Team. The Marketing Director monitors all new leads, capital plans, and upcoming solicitations, recommends a Go/NoGo and assigns individual marketing team members to spearhead the proposal and/or inte
