Description: The Department of Marketing in the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University is accepting applications temporary part-time faculty positions. These are considered temporary position, and assignments will be based on need each semester. Job responsibilities for this position will commence with the start of the Spring 2023 semester. The primary mission of this position will be teaching Marketing courses with a typical teaching load of one to two courses per semester for the spring and fall semesters. While summer teaching may be offered, it is not guaranteed. Some administrative tasks also may be assigned. Applicants will be expected to make a commitment to excellence in teaching, advising, and service, as well as maintaining status as an academically or professionally qualified faculty member under AACSB International standards.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess, or expect to earn before beginning their appointment, at least a master's degree in business or a closely related field. While prior industry experience is not mandatory, it is preferable. Along with these academic and professional credentials, applicants should have the ability to collaborate effectively with other faculty in a dynamic, team-oriented educational environment.
