Customer service rep will serve as the main point of contact for C.A.T. Specialties customers, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly and positive.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and vendors
Handle customer inquiries/requests/problems by phone, email and/or in person, with a positive attitude in a professional manner
Order entry, monitor customer orders from start to finish and call client once order is ready for pick up
Update/create customer and vendor accounts as needed
Set up and process customer quotes when required
Assist production staff with any questions on products, art designs, job orders and/or supplies
Assist art department with questions pertaining to a job order
Enter production information into database for each order
Work with clients on selecting products from our showroom
Process product returns as it is required in a timely manner
Troubleshoot any issues in a professional manner, seek help from management as needed
Process incoming mail
Set up shipments by FedEx or US Post mail
Open and close the office when required
Purchase screen-printing supplies as needed
Organize, file and sort customer files, account receivables and accounts payable documents
Assist in processing A/P & A/R invoices and payments
Experience with promotional product industry and customized apparel decoration
