Overall Description of the Position: The ESOP Association (TEA) is the leading national trade and professional association representing employee-owned companies and the professionals who provide services to those companies (such as attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, trustees).  The ESOP Association is headquartered in Washington, DC. The Marketing and Communications Content Manager will work with each department, volunteers, and members within The ESOP Association and the Employee Ownership Foundation (EOF) to develop news, educational publications, marketing materials, and other content that requires writing or scripting.
