The Email Marketing and Automation Associate manages the College of Social Work's (CSW) email marketing campaigns. This role schedules emails, creates email content plans and develops emails that adhere with university standards, compliance and best practices. The Email Marketing and Automation Associate monitors and optimizes email performances.The Email Marketing and Automation Associate develops positive audience experiences through strategic content development, audience segmentation and personalization. As a strategic resource and partner in the college, the Email Marketing and Automation Associate will work collaboratively with departments and offices to develop and manage email campaigns. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking and
