Salary: $59,000 to $62,000 Annually (salary commensurate with education and experience)
General Statement of Duties: The Marketing CRM Coordinator will be responsible for all enrollment and marketing communications from the Slate CRM system. Particular attention will be given to building campaigns and communication flows for the system. The coordinator will also be responsible for building queries, reports, and manage other responsibilities within the system.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but not limited to: Essential:
Develop and maintain Slate communication campaigns; campaigns will be designed for both email and text.
Build new marketing templates for all email campaigns within Slate.
Assist with content for enrollment communication campaigns with a focus on compelling and effective recruitment messaging.
Manage forms, data imports, workflows, and related tasks within the Slate CRM system.
Responsible for admission reports and statistics for undergraduate populations.
Build and maintain templates for admission events.
Work with the Associate Director to identify process improvements and increase efficiency within the CRM.
Resolve duplicate records and assist with managing data being sent between Slate and Ellucian Banner.
Provide accurate information pertaining to the enrollment process including University programs and services, enrollment procedures, admissions criteria, and specific curriculum requirements to prospective students, school counselors and other related individuals or groups.
Enter prospect data as needed.
Participate in on-campus admission events.
Assist the Division of Graduate & Continuing Education with support as needed.
Responsible for answering phone calls as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years' experience working in Enrollment or Marketing.
Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Knowledge of Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
Strong written and verbal communication as well as public presentation skills.
Ability to think critically.
Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Occasional evening, holiday, or weekend work to support recruiting activities.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CRM coordinator.
Admission experience and knowledge of Westfield State University.
Skill in Adobe suite of products.
Proficiency in Banner computer application.
Knowledge of Slate Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) program.
