MARKETING COORDINATOR, Solve-Marketing and Communications Team, to support a team working to increase awareness of Solve's mission and impact. Will support a variety of projects, with a focus on data-driven content creation across all Solve platforms, to help further build and engage Solve's diverse community of impact leaders. Responsibilities include executing and assisting with shaping digital campaigns that strategically engage Solve's diverse constituency; managing and growing Solve's social media accounts; scheduling all content (social, email, articles) within HubSpot; generating original content for both organization newsletters--CrowdSolve and the Marketplace; providing input into challenge promotion communications and process with global challenges team leads and the digital marketing manager; liaising with the director of marketing and communications on brand usage and trademark oversight; working with the events team on speaker research, outreach, and communications; writing comprehensive communications and marketing (e.g., marketing emails, social media posts, ads, and speaker toolkits) for events to help drive registration, attain new audiences, and raise awareness pre-, post-, and during events; tracking, analyzing, and reporting on data across marketing and communications and recommending improvements on content; ensuring Solve's website is updated; leading and/or participating in ad-hoc projects as needed; and performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in a relevant field, two years' related experience, flexible approach to responsibilities and ability to plan work to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, initiative, and ability to work independently. The minimum salary for this position is $60,000, with a final offer based on experience and equity considerations.
Solve team members are expected to spend four weeks a year in its Cambridge offices, plus a week during the first month for onboarding.
