General Description: The Director, Digital Marketing Experience reports to the AVP of Marketing and Communications and manages the web services team (4 team members). In addition to working with the web services team, the director works closely with the colleagues in the Office of Marketing and Communications to determine and plan how the web services team can help accomplish the marketing goals of the university. The director is responsible for development, management, and maintenance of the university's primary and strategically important web sites, developing architecture of web sites/applications, administration of marketing cloud, and providing support to end users.
