The Team: Our award-winning marketing team is composed of creative and enthusiastic B2B marketing professionals located around the world. As part of the Commercial organization, with a strong partnership with Product, we focus on building brand awareness and driving the front-end pipeline. Responsibilities and Impact:
Marketing campaign management - Manage and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to align with the overall business objectives and generate MQLs. Utilize marketing dashboards and analytics to measure and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
Social and digital advertising - Manage and optimize social media advertising, Google marketing, SEO, and content marketing to generate top-of-mind awareness and lead generation.
Buyer journey marketing - Apply understanding of the buyer journey and develop marketing content to support each cycle, with campaigns that differentiate us from our competitors.
Cross-functional collaborations - Work closely with the Deep Sector Marketing team to manage marketing projects and align with priorities. Conduct regular discovery meetings with Commercial and Product team members to gather feedback and requirements on implementing campaigns. Ensure that the Commercial is aware of marketing programs to be tagged to their opportunities and educate them on upcoming activities. Collaborate with Events Marketing on the alignment of event strategy with product launches and thought leadership objectives; set and collect event return on investment metrics. Communicate effectively with our Marketing Ops team on the creation of marketing campaigns or data reporting needs. Manage creative deliverables efficiently with our internal and externally appointed creation agencies. Engage with cross-divisional partners on opportunities to promote deep-sector coverage offerings.
Marketing collateral development - Understand our brand voice and compliance requirements and apply them to your copywriting, editing, and creation of marketing collateral. Review collateral with stakeholders and perform quality checks. Maintain our marketing materials on the external and internal facing sites to ensure we are up to date with the latest product coverage, enhancement, and releases.
Technology adoption - Receive training and understand the applications of our technology to implement and seek opportunities to upscale marketing campaigns.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,093 to $119, 473. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Proven 5+ years in a B2B financial services marketing role or similar experience
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously and delivering excellent results on deadline.
Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing and application of the buyer journey to marketing campaigns.
Experience working within, or marketing to, the markets and personas covered by S&P
Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills
Enthusiastic, independent worker, and highly collaborative
Ability to communicate with, connect with, and understand the roles of all team members across the Commercial and Product group.
Ability to articulate your thoughts with strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and feedback to derive insights.
SaaS marketing experience and familiarity with Adobe Marketo and Salesforce are highly desirable. Familiarity with financial information platforms such as the S&P Capital IQ Pro platform is an advantage.
