Indian Creek School is an independent, co-ed day school in which 560 students age 3 to Grade 12 partner with innovative teachers in an outstanding educational program. Located on a beautiful, 114-acre campus in Crownsville, Maryland (just north of Annapolis), ICS students are nurtured and known as individuals while being challenged to discover their passions, purpose, and potential. The School's vision statement reads: Indian Creek is the premier independent school in the Annapolis area where kindness is currency, well-being is priority, and excellence in education is relentlessly pursued. The Indian Creek community is actively committed to diversity, equity, and belonging, and we foster an inclusive environment in which students feel understood, valued, respected, and affirmed.
ICS seeks faculty and staff who support our mission and values, who are committed to nurturing learners as individuals, and who are looking to join a vibrant community of professionals who are passionate about education. Faculty and staff are offered meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
