Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Marketing professional to join and add value to our Investment Sales division within our Commercial Real Estate team. The incumbent will be responsible for campaign management and design, as well as supporting the broader Investment Sales team with Marketing events and brand awareness. Based in Melbourne, the ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and will be a contributing factor to the efficiency of the Investment Sales team.
Please note, this role is a 12-month Maternity Leave cover commencing mid-January.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing property marketing including campaign management, liaising with external creative suppliers to execute professional documents, email marketing, video and more
- Ensure that schedules and budgets are prepared in a timely manner for marketing campaigns
- Prepare submissions to support the team in winning further business
- Manage and design the collation of reports for the team such as capability statements
- Design and send email marketing for property campaigns and brand awareness, and managing the databases accurately
- Ensuring brand guidelines are followed and contribute to meetings with Investment Sales and Corporate Marketing around best practice
- Contributing to event management duties by designing event invitations and working with your internal colleagues to book venues, manage the budget and control the guest list
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in InDesign is essential
- Previous experience in a similar Graphic Design/Campaign Management role
- Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
