POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, offers innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry. This [2-year] Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Bayer]. Program emphasis is in [US Oncology Marketing]. This [2-year] Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to [develop strong capabilities in the fast paced and complex world of oncology marketing.] The Fellow will gain [a comprehensive understanding of oncology marketing where the impact to patients is tangible. The candidates will gain strategic, tactical, and cross functional experience in developing and executing promotional initiatives inclusive of HCP, patient, digital, and personal. They will gain significant experience in stakeholder management, commercial insight gathering, and overall project management. They will also collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies in the management of marketing initiatives and analysis of promotional impact. They will have the opportunity to gain experience in additional commercial functions such as Market Access, Digital Innovation, Account Management, and Business Insights].
