Baylor Law seeks a Senior Director of Marketing and Communications to support the mission of the university by developing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that promote Baylor Law School to external and internal audiences and overseeing all aspects of the School's marketing campaigns and operations.
A Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, ten years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith required. A preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Pioneer and implement measurable strategies in coordination with Baylor Law's Alumni and Advancement teams to augment engagement through alumni relations efforts, increase fundraising opportunities, and expand awareness and prestige of the School within the legal profession.
Develop channel and segmentation strategies to enable integrated and targeted marketing and communications to constituencies
Oversee the marketing budget for the School to leverage resources for desired outcomes
Contribute at a leadership level to the overall success of Baylor Law School; cultivate strong relationships with the dean, associate dean, senior assistant dean, assistant deans, directors, faculty and staff; liaison with the university's central Marketing and Communications division to align strategic plans
