Job Summary: The Director, Events & Promotional Marketing develops, coordinates, and implements strategic promotional marketing plans to drive attendance, enhance fan engagement, increase sales and improve gameday fan experience across all venues.Responsibilities:- Create and execute long term strategic vision for Events and Promotional Marketing department- Coordinate and lead fan engagement brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and create opportunities to enhance fans' interactions with our brand- Develop all pre-, post-, and in-game promotional activities to enhance revenue and improve game atmosphere.- Create promotions targeted at specific fan segments per department research-
