The Recruitment Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line to the Director of HR Strategic Initiatives, partners with Marketing & Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition (TA), HR ID&E team, HR Communications, the DFCI advertising agency partner, in addition to other key stakeholders to help support Dana-Farber???s Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing, communication, and social media initiatives. The Recruitment Marketing Manager develops and implements modern marketing strategies to better source and attract a broad range of diverse candidates through various marketing, social, mobile and direct marketing campaigns.

This position will require the selected candidate to spend time on the Dana-Farber campus as business needs arise. Any remote work will need to be within one of the New England states (MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, or RI)
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and other Dana-Farber leaders to understand hard to fill, high volume and urgent need open positions, and recommend marketing strategies to improve candidate flow.
Collaborate with TA on strategic marketing for virtual recruitment events.
Partner with TA Sourcing Specialists on communication best practices and marketing campaigns to increase passive candidate traffic and to attract a more diverse candidate pool.
Manage the creation and execution of strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to target business and functional talent needs and attract, engage, and acquire a pool of diverse talent.
Work with HR Strategic Initiatives Team and Dana-Farber Marketing Team to plan and implement an employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
Responsible for development and management of Dana-Farber recruitment social media channels and managing all social advertising campaigns related to talent recruitment, including writing copy, posting and optimization.
Partner with Digital, Communications and Market Research teams to optimize digital marketing best practices.
Develop positioning and value propositions that sets Dana-Farber apart from the competition.
Take initiative to stay on top of, understand and influence the use of innovations and best practices in marketing to improve campaign development and effectiveness.
Conduct competitive analyses, research, and market segmentation; assess research and market data and incorporate into recommendations to manager.
Manage external advertising agency and other third-party vendors on recruitment advertising, marketing, event collateral, and branding initiatives, assuring compliance with Dana-Farber branding guidelines and regulated recruitment content.
Prepare reporting as required for campaign planning, evaluation, and presentations to stakeholders.
Bachelor???s degree required, preferably in marketing or communications.
5 years of experience in marketing and communication, with at least 2 years related specifically to talent acquisition, required.
Professional experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter required.
Healthcare, digital, or high-tech marketing experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proficiency with all aspects of recruitment marketing strategy, planning and execution including audience definition, competitive analysis, content development, digital marketing (SEO/SEM), collateral (e.g., brochures), advertising, events/trade-show materials, and strategic recruitment initiatives.
Creative ability to translate employer value propositions, messaging, and content into an effective integrated results-driven recruitment campaign, preferably in healthcare.
Proficient understanding of visual design tools to oversee development and design process of campaign materials.
Ability to provide insight into effective digital and traditional marketing mediums.
Quantitative ability to assess research and market data to drive recommendations.
Strong ability to balance quantitative and qualitative expectations of marketing campaigns.
Ability to effectively managing relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
