JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Predictive Marketing at automotiveMastermind is a talented group of individuals who focus on bringing innovative approaches to marketing. Our team creates and manages the production of B2C marketing campaigns on behalf of our automotive dealer partners. We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing our email marketing strategy. This includes the development and implementation of email campaigns, project management, and monitoring of analytics to optimize performance and drive engagement. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring email deliverability and adherence to best practices in email hygiene.
A Successful Senior Email Marketing Manager Will:
Develop and implement email marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion rates.
Project manage and execute email campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation and personalization.
Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates to optimize performance.
Manage relationships with email vendors to ensure project deadlines are met and campaigns are successfully deployed.
Own the development and ongoing support for email sender reputation to ensure optimal deliverability rates.
Ensure email deliverability and adherence to best practices in email hygiene, including list management and compliance with anti-spam regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, brand managers, and IT to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Stay current with industry trends and changes in email marketing technology and make recommendations for improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns from ideation to completion.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and anti-spam regulations.
Excellent analytical skills, including experience with email marketing analytics platforms.
Subject matter expert in email compliance, CAN-SPAM requirements, IP/domain warming, ISP relationship management, and industry standards such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
Experience managing both retention and lead generation email campaigns.
A meticulous approach to work and a keen eye for detail.
Adept at maintaining high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Experience with Email on Acid and Stripo is a plus.
Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,800 to $118,900. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual ' s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.

Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required.
