The Associate Director of Communications & Marketing leads the Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) communications, marketing, and branding efforts. You will report to the CFE Executive Director and will lead a team integrated by a Marketing and Communications Specialist and student interns in the development and implementation of the CFE’s marketing and communications strategy. You will oversee the CFE’s communications and marketing operations and will coordinate with the broader CFE team and relevant units to support student recruitment, broaden awareness of the CFE programs, and further position the CFE as a globally-recognized leader in entrepreneurship education.
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience implementing communication and marketing strategies and projects from brainstorming to delivery, managing multiple social media channels, developing original content and a brand voice, working with media outlets, and tracking and analyzing data to foster strategic decisions.
Proficiency in website maintenance, graphic design, and video/audio editing technologies (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and WordPress).
