The Department of Management and Marketing is seeking applications for an Executive Aide 3. The Executive Aide 3 performs various complex secretarial, administrative, and clerical tasks for the Department of Management and Marketing. This position also works closely with the student population and has an opportunity to have an impact on student success.
Tasks include but are not necessarily limited to:
General Secretarial/Administrative/Clerical (Assisting the Department Chair with day-to-day administrative tasks; maintaining Department's course schedule; drafting correspondences, documents, reports, and meeting minutes; processing hire contracts; etc.)
Financial (processing travel paperwork; purchasing; supervising department budget; assisting with grants; etc.).
Marketing, Communications, and Event Planning(Assisting and supporting the department in planning meetings, events, and marketing strategies and materials; participating in events at off-site venues, etc.).
Student and Alumni Support and Engagement ( Supporting students with course and program information, training student workers; etc.).
Other related duties as assigned.
This position works under somewhat limited supervision in performing complex office activities requiring ongoing analysis, independent judgment, and discretion. Work is highly varied and may change over time depending on Departmental projects and activities.

High School diploma or GED plus 3 years of secretarial office experience, preferably in an educational setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (may consider those with equivalent part-time experience).
