Under the administrative direction of the National Center for START Services (NCSS) Director of Operations, this position will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a coordinated and thorough communications and marketing plan for the NCSS. This includes the development and dissemination of communications products and promotional collaterals. Responsibilities also include including the NCSS website, social media, and publications, and serve as active partner on the NCSS Operations Team and liaison with the UNH IOD communications team.
Masterâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, and three years of related experience or bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and five years experience.Ability to deal effectively with the public and work cooperatively with internal staff.At least two years of supervisory experience.Marketing research and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere.Experience managing integrated communications and marketing strategies and programs within the nonprofit, human services sector and/or higher education.
