Looking for an individual passionate about Marketing and Digital Capabilities. The Marketing Planning Manager will collaborate with advisors, internal business, and technology partners to build strategies and tools to grow advisor practices through marketing. As a member of the Ameriprise Financial Client Acquisition team, you will craft and deliver digital marketing plans to help financial advisors grow their practices. The individual will connect business strategy and technology development to help advisor practices navigate the fast-paced and dynamic environment. Individual in this role will build innovative ways to deliver and drive marketing planning within advisor practices. Implement a marketing strategy that captures the hearts and minds of advisors, focus on growing our business and cultivate client growth and retention by using data to drive our strategy.
Develop an intricate understanding and act as the driving force behind the Advisor marketing planning process, and channels through which the marketing is implemented.
Work cross-organizationally with business partners and serve as subject matter expert on Marketing Planning.
Ensure that all developments are implemented in a timely, accurate and high-quality manner to support marketing initiatives.
Partner with business and technology partners in a highly matrixed organization, leading key relationships.
Work with advisors and practices to triage, coach, and educate on marketing capabilities to establish a marketing process.
Lead special vendor projects related to advisor growth opportunities.
Create communication materials to support programs including new and existing offers and creatives for specific programs; act as member of cross functional teams while working across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.
3-5 years of marketing experience.
Strong project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Financial Services experience preferred.
