Represent the business unit for customer presentations and meetings
Lead strategist in outward customer messaging of our solutions.
Direct involvement with handling of customer facing issues in the software business.
Responsible for reviewing and executing launch plans with commercial marketing that strengthen the Rockwell Automation and Software and Control priorities.
Identify strategies for product lifecycle management inside the portfolio.
Align current portfolio lifecycle and values to upcoming software developments.
Responsible for global pricing strategy for the portfolio.
Lead the business shift towards modern delivery and access for our customers following the LAER model.
Jointly measure and analyze business alongside the Business Manager to have a knowledge of customer buying behaviors.
Responsible for the go to market strategy for new and existing products.
Responsible for connecting the portfolio to other businesses within Rockwell Automation to deliver total system value to customers.
Lead competitive research for the product line and business models to prepare content for field resources.
Evaluate and manage key partnership opportunities within and outside of Rockwell Automation to enhance product portfolio

Typically requires 8 years of experience
Knowledge of automation products / control systems
Demonstrated sales or marketing experience with software, automation controllers, I/O.
Knowledge of software subscription and SaaS business models.
Strong presentation and collaboration skills
Business and/or project experience
Software delivery models specific commercial/selling experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Global and cultural awareness

The Base salary compensation range for this role in Colorado is $113,760.00 - 142,200.00 USD Annual, with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary
