The Marketing Manager serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders with a focus on business outcomes. You'll provide strategy and planning for integrated marketing plans and execute campaigns and events that support major technology initiatives and deliver amazing end user experiences.
What you'll do
Identify benchmarks and set data-driven goals for measurement of marketing programs and technology adoption
Leverage data to make strategic insights into how we take a measured approach in delivering exceptional user experiences
Partner across teams, the business, and product owners to develop effective deployment plans to increase awareness and adoption of technology solutions
Attend ongoing program management and product status meetings, as needed
Leverage strong technical knowledge and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities or assist in making key strategic decisions. Develop recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements.
Develop executive level communications and presentations to display and communicate strategic and operational updates. Develop leadership-level presentations from initial storyboarding to logical structuring to presentation and delivery.

ITS Experience Delivery
With a goal of maximizing productivity and making good on technology investments, the Experience Delivery team creatively employs consumer-facing experience delivery strategies to drive adoption for internal technology deployments at Deloitte. They leverage marketing and learning to deliver a considered, understandable, and engaging approach for the end user.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or technology consulting
Exceptional diagnostic, research, analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong technical knowledge
Strong business communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to effectively present issues, ideas, and solutions, in logical and articulate manner
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Ability to manage several deliverables simultaneously with different stakeholders.
Creative, proactive and results-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in matrix organization; ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures; ability to influence Senior leaders
