The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the HBS Career & Professional Development (CPD) Marketing, Data & Technology team and will support the execution of digital engagement with students, alumni and recruiting organizations.
Marketing & Communications - Implement day-to-day content updates for the HBS Alumni Careers website – aimed at supporting alumni in their lifelong career paths; the CPD student website – aimed at supporting students in realizing their unique career visions; and the HBS Recruiting website - targeted at organizations and recruiters interested in hiring HBS students and alumni.
- Execute CPD's social media strategy in collaboration with CPD's Managers, Digital Engagement. Current platforms include Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Support content development and implementation for CPD's internal student-facing Essential Reads blog, and the external recruiting- and alumni-facing Insights & Advice and Alumni Careers blogs.
- Assist the CPD Managers, Digital Engagement with setting the content strategy and plan, development, and scheduling of CPD's email marketing campaigns across all audiences.
- Work with CPD's Career Education and Coaching, CPD's Operations and External Relations teams in support of marketing and communications.
- Support the Managers, Digital Engagement in creating content for all marketing channels including social media, blog, web, video and email marketing.
Marketing Analytics - Responsible for pulling and examining recruiting, student, and alumni careers website and social media analytics, and email and lead generation data to determine target audience engagement and impact.
- Will utilize data to inform CPD marketing & communications strategy.
Corporate Relations- Collaborate with Manager, Digital Engagement, corporate relations and recruiting operations teams to build new and nurture existing relationships, including streamlining communications to recruiting organizations, executing lead generation efforts, and enhancing the Salesforce platform.
Additional Duties - Assist with CPD projects including office-wide recruiting initiatives, student presentations and programs, and conferences.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media engagement, content development, email marketing or other closely related field is required.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Zoom experience is a must.
