Digital Marketing Senior Specialist
Raise brand awareness and generate demand for Kalypso services and solutions by supporting the execution of growth marketing programs and digital marketing strategy. Build an understanding of the organization's market position, opportunities, capabilities, and needs and utilize that information to enhance the launch and performance of strategic marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
In this role you are responsible for supporting the growth marketing/commercial marketing teams to design, develop, and execute integrated, omnichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Kalypso with an innovative mindset through the following objectives:
- Grow market awareness and meet our target audiences where they are in the buyer's journey through creation of comprehensive digital campaigns utilizing integrated marketing automation tools
- Increase intelligence about in-market accounts to better focus targeting efforts
- Understand account-based marketing principles (segmentation, intent data, marketing analytics) and apply them to support commercial marketing priorities
- Collaborate with manager on establishing digital marketing best practices and processes
- Research keywords trends and provide guidance to marketing teams in creation of omnichannel SEO and SEM strategies
- Creation and maintenance of analytic dashboards and reporting across all data tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, 6Sense, etc.)
- Support implementation and integration of new technologies
- Stay informed of emerging digital marketing trends, identify ones that are applicable to our business model, and deploy pilots to test them out
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
- Strong written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in marketing, business or information technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive work approach, ability to work without high level of day-to-day direction
- Excellent time management and personal organization
- Strong project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills - experience with Agile and Kanban is a plus
- 1+ years hands on experience using marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua
- Focused working experience with marketing and CRM tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Zapier, Zoho CRM
- Certifications in the listed marketing and CRM tools are a plus
- Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience is a plus
- 100% work-from-home except for occasional travel for business meetings
