NAFCU Services, the corporate partnership division of the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU), seeks a Content Marketing Manager to lead and deliver on joint marketing plans with high profile financial services and technology companies. Leveraging the expertise and resources of 35 partner companies like Mastercard, Amazon Web Services, Blend, Upstart, and more, NAFCU Services provides the credit union industry with a multitude of educational webinars, podcasts, blog posts, and videos. This critical client-facing position is responsible for developing, acquiring, and activating educational content and programs. This high visibility high growth role is right for someone who:
Has experience in B2B content marketing – understanding market dynamics, developing narratives, curating and producing educational content
Knows how to produce high quality webinars, podcasts, videos, infographics, whitepapers, and blog posts
Is energized by helping clients get their message and value across through educational content and thought leadership programming
Is comfortable influencing strategies with content providers and SMEs as well as high-level client management
Keeps clients and colleagues apprised of strategies, deliverables, deadlines – ensures that programming is excellent and on-time

Reports to: Senior Associate Director, Digital and Content Marketing
Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Development, Senior Management, external contractors, Partnerships, Events, and Education teams
Essential Responsibilities
Manage content strategy, planning, production, and promotion for thought leadership programming in multiple formats on multiple platforms
Coordinate press releases, case studies, whitepapers, and speaking proposals
Work directly with partner SMEs who author and present original educational content.
Draft, edit, proofread original public-facing materials and content – ranging from press releases to podcast scripts and video outlines.
Coordinate with contract writers and designers on development of content
Coordinate, manage, and produce the Annual Innovation Awards program
Lead creation and production of original thought leadership events like the Annual Innovation Spotlight and topical mini conferences
Plan, assign, and coordinate articles for industry publications
Editing of video and audio content
Establish depth and breadth of market knowledge in the credit union market, financial services and technologies, and for the business models of the partner companies
Ensure that programs, materials, and events are consistent with strategic and brand standards of both NAFCU Services and the partner organizations
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, or related field
4-6 years of content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Exceptional organizer and project manager - creates order out of many random inputs
A consultative and collaborative approach to working with others and solving problems
Run multiple projects simultaneously with tight and shifting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including drafting, proofreading, and editing
Persuasive and influential through professionalism and process - gets work done through others without having formal authority
Experienced in CRM and Marketing Automation - strong preference for Salesforce
Creative and determined problem solver: detail- and results-oriented
