The Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) serves Indiana University Bloomington by recruiting, enrolling, and serving the undergraduate population. The Office of Strategic Communications & Marketing delivers and supports strategic and innovative communications and marketing technology across all of OEM to advance student recruitment, service, and success. The department collaborates with campus partners to actively influence strategy, practice, and innovation.
Supports the implementation of the IU Customer Relationship Management (CRM) undergraduate platform across the IU Bloomington campus.
As a member of the project team, supports the project by gathering, scoping, and documenting work, transforming user stories and broad guidance into actionable tasks, and learning, listening, and problem-solving various issues along the way.
Manages a small project, from start to finish, or one phase of a large project, ensuring on time completion within budget.
Develops project plan(s) and efficiently analyzes, tracks, forecasts, and reports on project metrics and shortfalls.
Reports on progress and provides regular updates to upper management.
Coordinates and communicates between various areas; conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established time frames.
May provide guidance and support to non-exempt staff.
Note: This is a limited term position with funding approved for 1 year from the date of hire.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge of Project Management Software, preferably Asana.
Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
