The recruitment marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies focused on generating quality inquiries and key conversions like info session registration, advising appointment attendance and started applications for six graduate business programs: The Portland MBA, MS in Finance, Master of Taxation, MS in Global Supply Chain Management, Master of Real Estate Development and MS in Applied Data Science for Business.
This position works closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure appropriate content integration across paid, unpaid and earned media; contribute to policy creation and adaptation; and enhance internal workflows, collaboration and communication. This position also collaborates with the Graduate Business Programs office and academic directors to support cohesive marketing and recruiting efforts.
This position is also expected to serve on committees within The School of Business and/or PSU in order to contribute to broader initiatives designed for student, faculty, staff and/or alumni success.
BA/BS with 3+ years of related experience or Master's with 1+ year of related experience;
Excellent writing and editing skills;
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute detailed, efficient, effective and innovative digital marketing campaigns, including experience with SEM, SEO and Google Ads ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support program goals;
Passionate about content marketing, inbound marketing, and digital marketing, with knowledge of trends and best practices in campaigns, social media, media, digital engagement and analytics;
Ability to form relationships with liaisons and stakeholders, and bridge across functions to bring marketing campaigns to life;
