ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1, Summary: Support deliver assigned marketing campaigns for the organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company's goals. Reporting directly to: Brand Manager High frequency of interaction: Sales, Marketing, & Agencies Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
Implement marketing activities & tactical plan of UPLIFT campaign
Support to project managing assigned campaigns ensuring company meets the target objectives.
Monitor, tracking campaign (sales performance & activities) by region, by weekly
Proactive work with sales lead/medical representatives to remind and track to ensure drive performance
Build communication story: Work with agencies to build contents, POSMs, Marketing Materials, activations relevant to Marketing's strategies
Close working with cross function (event, digital team) to prepare event & communicate with FF to roll out this campaign
Working with training team to conduct the follow-up training course, role-play for FF.
