SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development and implementation of the Branch Strategic objectives in support of the National Mission Priorities and Strategic Objectives.
Supervisory position: Prioritizing schedules, deadlines, tasks of the Marketing Assistant and contracted outsource services.
Provide vision, leadership and implementation of strategic communications, marketing, brand management, public awareness and social media.
Plan, execute, and monitor the Association’s communications and marketing plans and ensure they are in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.
Manage strategic marketing and branding activities on key messages, social media, web and other communications with consistent application of brand standards.
Facilitate the coordination of email marketing and promote the use of effective email marketing practices.
Target audiences through consistent communications and marketing to support strategic goals, including member recruitment and retention, training initiatives, annual conference, international conferences, fundraising efforts, and other revenue generation.
Manage communications strategy and execute program to deliver communication objectives throughout the Association.
Develop branding initiatives, internal communications and external relations with designers and printers.
Drive Association strategy and message development and delivery.
Develop publications (newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, brochures, conference materials, video, annual report, special projects and assignments).
Secure authors, index material, provide editing and oversee the entire production and design of the quarterly Associate Magazine.
Produce quarterly Associate Magazine in digital format as well as in sharable format on the www.fbinaa.org website.
Coordinate with office employees, as directed, on maintaining the Association web – site, producing the Associate Magazine.
Responsible for the managing overall FBINAA social media presence and strategies, including messaging, content and imaging creative. Oversee and facilitate all posts and platforms which includes analyzing metrics.
Update and manage the Association website and review google analytics.
Develop, update and evaluate media kit and advertising opportunities across all Association communication vehicles and platforms.
Create rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines.
Manage the Association brand and reputation.
Responsible for the oversight of the Association’s social media presence.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Proven experience leading Director or relevant role.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
