Your Core Contributions to The Team
Manage maintenance of brand and experience guidelines, including regular interaction with other departments.
Coordinate other external print advertising, including direct mail, print ads, and other communications.
Coordinate marketing support for meetings, trade shows, and other in-person events, including the CCIM Global Conference.
Maintain select designee resources including the promotional toolkit.
Coordinate Site To Do Business marketing collateral as needed.
Manage special projects such as grant programs, awards, and member gifts.
Chapter Support 20%
Oversee chapter marketing support for 50 plus North American Chapters
Maintain chapter marketing resources, including Canva templates.
Collaborate with Membership team on other support projects and communications, including Chapter Officer Training.
Contribute to ongoing development of chapter support infrastructure.
Performs other tasks as required to carry out the CCIM mission and goals.
Knowledge and abilities
Minimum four years of marketing/communications experience.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms.
Experience writing copy for marketing communications, as well as proofreading ability.
HTML proficiency required and knowledge of CSS preferred.
Audio/video editing experience a plus.
AP Stylebook experience a plus.
Knowledge of project management tools / software.
Education, certification, licenses
College degree preferred.
Formal project management certification or training preferred. If not, commitment to getting PMP certified.
Qualifications and other skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on time with strong detail orientation.
A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Needs to be a team player who is committed to lifelong learning.
A hands-on team member with integrity and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills.
