As the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing Strategy, you will lead, develop and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, BAU marketing efforts and key experiences across several marketing channels and disciplines (e.g. creative/design, content, demand generation, marketing automation, events) in collaboration with agency and other cross-functional teams, and with a sharp lens on quantifiable outcomes and scaling key learnings. Aligned with our marketing transformation objectives, you will take a data-driven and agile approach to driving a seamless, always-on integrated marketing engine that delivers strong experiences for our clients, enables the work of the business and our people, and achieves growth objectives and ROMI.
You are a seasoned strategist, creative and operator always thinking about how to create activations differently and better. You have a pulse and playbook on how to bring messaging and positioning to life across channels and through campaigns. You are adept at producing key campaign insights and have strong experience developing growth marketing strategies and partnering with product marketing, GTM/sales teams. You excel in a goal-centric, deadline-driven environment and have the case studies to prove it. You are an entrepreneurial, self-starter with a can-do attitude, who can roll up your sleeves and create an environment and culture that inspires and makes everyone better.
Champion integrated marketing efforts across the business
Develop in-depth knowledge and research about buyer needs, market and cultural trends and competitive insights
Create and manage a comprehensive integrated marketing plan that includes strategy for achieving quantifiable outcomes
Collaborate with product marketing teams to align on client journey and campaign framework and integrated marketing solutions to business needs
Own development of campaign strategy in partnership with agency while ensuring buy-in across the business
Lead channel leads to develop strong activation strategies mapped to goals
Develop and manage business-as-usual marketing program
Manage and communicate integrated marketing updates and priorities with teams across the business and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders
Source and manage agency, freelancers, contractors, and other collaborators
Manage budgets and team development
Develop measurement frameworks and optimize performance by recommending improvements based on analysis
Generate new marketing ideas to accelerate rate of marketing transformation; develop and pitch business cases for new investments
Establish processes that facilitate cross-functional collaboration between your team and agency
15+ years of B2B/B2B2C tech, B2B SaaS/enterprise software marketing - a strategist with hands-on execution and strong leadership skills
Strong experience with consumer insights and research, positioning, campaign development and execution across channels
Track record of marketing new releases for existing products
Demonstrated track record of success, specifically solving complex problems and thinking both strategically and creatively to design solutions.
Extremely comfortable and adept working in a matrix environment
Thrives in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
Strong problem solver with a growth/agile mindset
Strong data analysis, written communication and presentation skills
BS/BA degree required
