The Digital Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of best practice digital marketing strategies for MemorialCare. He/she will specialize in and focus on web presence, consumer navigation and overall experience, as well as consumer engagement and patient acquisition.
As a Digital Marketing Director, he/she should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies and emerging marketing trends. They will work closely with systemwide marketing executive leadership to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. They will also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.

Develops strategic and measurable digital marketing plans based on business goals and objectives.
Oversees the execution of digital media plans across multiple digital channels and monitors results.
Partners closely with IT leaders to ensure consumer experience on patient and provider facing digital tools.
Ensures optimal consumer experience and brand consistency across all digital media and online properties.
Consistently tests user experience and navigation through all websites and channels and recommends best practice enhancements.
Develops strategic, innovative marketing plans for virtual care products to enhance engagement and consumer adoption.
Oversees implementation of the content strategy, bringing together social media, SEM/SEO, CRM, etc into a strong, cohesive online presence through brand voice and consistency.
Stays up on trends and best practices as it relates to CRM, website, digital user experience, digital media, SEO, etc.
Oversees the implementation of multiple website related projects to enhance the user experience and engagement.
Manages relationships with third-party vendors related to digital tools.
