The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy to continue to build on this growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving digital campaigns that continue to promote and grow Salo as a national brand and industry leader in talent solutions. This role will require partnership with the organization and digital agencies/partners to develop marketing strategies across channels, analyze performance and apply learnings to optimize and drive growth. This growing team is looking for a strong strategic thinking who also is effective at execution.
In This Role, You Will
Direct and drive external digital strategy to create and deliver marketing programs that support expansion and growth of the company’s services and products
Identify and develop areas to optimize lead generation and maximize conversion based on a deep understanding of business goals, site metrics, digital best practices, customer segmentation and competitive landscape
Manage outside partners including web content, SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation (HubSpot) and other systems related to the business
Own oversight of KPIs and the ongoing analytics/reporting, while reporting out results to key business leaders and teams
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Deploy contact strategy and ideal experience using the marketing automation
Identify and develop opportunities for optimization and improvements in customer experience across the site
Drive awareness and advocacy of Salo’s larger digital vision
Support Salo brand, as represented through digital execution, design and copy
Manage basic website content uploads and HubSpot actions
Support the Salo team with ongoing digital insights and education
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategy and execution
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications or related field
Strong experience directing and managing outside agency partners
Excellent knowledge and experience working with online marketing tools and best practices
Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, delegate and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with ability to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with employees of all levels within the organization
Facilitate meetings of varying sizes, balancing the needs, voices and concerns of all participants
