Review creative briefs for clarity, strategic depth and brand alignment.
Hold check-in meetings with VIP clients and Client Services team members.
Define and design reports and dashboards that show client's performance and results.
Conduct research to inform strategic direction for high impact initiatives; provide creative consultation and partnership to VP of Marketing and Communications and other executive leadership.
Provide senior level client services leadership; establish relationships with key internal clients, create and maintain high standards of client collaboration on projects and represent the department culture and values for client service and project management.
Deliver on-brand innovative strategies, campaigns and tactics; identify outcomes and ways to track, measure and report to clients.
Provide leadership and accountability to the Client Services team; implement solutions that drive student experience, enrollment, fundraising and other strategic priorities.
Research, implement and maintain a marketing communications project management process (including tools and training) to build a culture of and deliver on high-volume, real-time client service. This includes conducting regular status meetings and consistent communication with clients and team members in person and via correspondence and project management tools.
Participate in budget planning and oversee the Client Services budget; advocate budget needs that will elevate the work and professional development of team members.
Create and analyze monthly reports and weekly dashboards on performance, continuously refining client service approach to provide value/quality and build trust.
Represent the Vice President as needed in community initiatives and discussions.
Bring, build and learn from a network of industry contacts and partners to improve the depth and breadth of creative solutions, talent and trends.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in design, marketing, advertising or related field.
7+ years of experience in a complex and dynamic organization or agency setting.
Experience creating integrated marketing plans with consideration for vehicles, audiences, platforms, research and trends.
Experience leading, managing and motivating teams, directing the work of team members in creative, production and account management roles.
Proficiency in developing presentations and organizing data in a visually appealing manner.
A sense of urgency to act when opportunities arise; confident and experienced to make decisions and move ideas forward with little or no direction.
Ability to lead and influence others without authority.
Excellent communication skills. Comfortable and engaging presenter of ideas; experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams.
Master's degree in business administration, communications or related field.
10+ years of experience in a complex and dynamic organization or agency setting.
Experience at delivering complex, multi-channel brand marketing strategies.
Experience with project management and tools; sophisticated ability to plan team resources including capacity, timelines, and budgets.
