The successful candidate will work with the Chief Administrative Officer and the Director of Business Development & Marketing on the execution of all initiatives within the Human Resources, Recruiting, Business Development, Marketing and Professional Development fields.
Assist with summer associate program planning and management
Assist with fall on-campus interview season (travel arrangements, call-back interview schedules, evaluation summary drafting)
Assist with new attorney orientation
Internal event planning including, but not limited to, receptions and holiday events
Work with vendors for promotional and industry giveaway items
Assist with firm sponsorships and fulfillment of benefits including drafting of ads
Creation and production of marketing presentations and pitch packages
Oversee client holiday gift program
Website editing and maintenance
Maintenance of online firm profiles
Relevant work experience in a position or positions requiring strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Eagerness and ability to quickly learn new skills
Takes ownership for work and responsibility of outcomes
Comfortable working with professionals with varying levels of experience as well as internal and external clients
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Suite
