This Assistant Director of Master's Marketing & Communications supports the Director of Master's Marketing & Enrollment in the strategic planning, implementation, testing, assessment, and improvement of an ongoing, comprehensive marketing and communications plan to drive branding, lead-generation, conversion, and yield in support of budgeted enrollment targets for GRS master's programs. This position will manage all in-house marketing efforts and will be responsible for tracking and reporting regularly on all marketing and website analytics and KPIs. This position will serve as primary liaison with internal stakeholders and marketing resources including the central marketing communications and public relations offices. The Assistant Director will lead the creation of all collateral to support traditional and digital marketing efforts and is responsible for producing high quality design and content for creative assets and news features. This position will serve as primary liaison with outside vendors for content, graphic design, web design, SEO, SEM, social media, video, and traditional marketing initiatives. This position is direct supervisor to the Enrollment Marketing & Communications Associate.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing including current best practices in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, traditional media placement, print, Google Analytics, basic HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite are required.
Experience in higher education marketing is preferred.
