The Strategic Marketer for Deloitte Private serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders engaged in this high growth segment. In this role, you will oversee the strategy, planning and execution of best-in-class, integrated marketing and communications campaigns that support Deloitte Private's portfolio. Deloitte Private serves private companies, family enterprises, private equity funds including portfolio companies, and emerging growth companies.
As a member of the team, you will:
Define, maintain, and drive prioritization of marketing activities for Deloitte Private including offering portfolios and strategic forward-looking solutions addressing client issues
Develop and drive fully integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels
Provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of the growth agenda of the Deloitte Private portfolio
Consult with Deloitte Private leaders on national and local market sponsorship opportunities
Engage our internal agency on the successful execution of campaigns, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
Collaborate with Public Relations team to develop media strategy for Deloitte Private to drive media coverage
Along with the in-house agency, develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
12+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
Deep understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to the audience
Strong persuasive skills and ability to gain consensus through influence
Strong project management skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
Executive presence, professional client service manner
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
