Position Description The Supplier Marketing function at MMS develops, sells, and manages commercialized services to healthcare manufacturers (i.e. suppliers). The Marketing Coordinator, Supplier Communications & Programs will execute marketing efforts directed to suppliers and sales teams that drive supplier engagement and demand. Responsibilities include routine tasks and multi-step processes that support business needs and supplier strategies. Critical skills include organization, communication, deadline-driven, the ability to manage high volume and a customer-first attitude.
Supplier Communication Management (approximately 50% of time)
Administer Supplier Communication plan.
Administer Supplier Communication process including intake, internal communication, calendarization & coordination, email programming & execution through Marketo and overall measurement.
Control all Supplier messages: improve copy, correct tone, maintain consistency and ensure clear call to actions.
Maintain and internally publish communications calendar.
Publish communication results (e.g. open & click rates) and identify, implement, and measure improvements.
Support new channels to communicate to Suppliers.
Maintain capabilities deck for partnered teams to use in supplier business meetings.
Supplier Contact Management (approximately 20% of time)
Manage the supplier contact management database in Salesforce.com.
Identify needs, research options, and implement ideal database solution.
Develop repeatable, simple process to capture real-time contact updates.
Support and implement contact segmentation and contact reach strategies.
Execute expanding contact attributes.
Supplier Program Management (approximately 20% of time)
Responsible for administering assigned programs directed to our Suppliers. This may include development of marketing materials, message creation, supplier communication, promotion with Sales teams, reporting and internal communications.
Supports business needs to generate supplier awareness and consideration of commercialized services with materials and communications.
Additional Project Management & Business Support (approximately 10% of time)
Other special projects supporting the function based on prioritization and bandwidth.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational and development opportunities (e.g. reading trade publications).
Typically Requires 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, category management or project management.
Marketing and/or sales support experience
Project coordination or project management experience
Deadline-driven task management experience with proven success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Ability to quickly learn systems and processes
Ability to manage various tasks with different timelines
Highly organized to manage high-volume tasks
Self-driven individual with natural orientation to detail
Competency with project management or task management software helpful
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

Education 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, English or related field or relevant experience.
